What Could Radiating Pain From Left Eyebrow To Back Of Head Indicate?

Pain near the left eyebrow on touching ( Close to the centre of face) for over Two years. Pain radites to back of the head very sharply and it almost normal when no pressure applied at the above spot. NCCT Brain scanning observation report : Small vessel acclusive disease involving pones, right lentiform nucleus and bilateral corona radiata. EEG brain map analysis :Awake record: Back ground activityis 8-9 Hz alpha rythm with normal amplitude arising from posterior occipital region and is responsive to eye opening. No facial/ genaralised epileftiform discharges seen. HV and photic did not reveal any abnormality. Impression : Normal awake record. Medicatin :Naprosyyn 500 mg. Nexitoplus , o dep, Dicorate ER 250 mg, Gasarich 150 mg Topmac 25 mg. Treatment period 50 days. No improvement. Pl. advise. Regards.
