What Could Radiating Pain From Shoulder With Tingling And Numbness In Fingers Indicate?

Good afternoon, I have had radiating pain coming form my shoulder I get this tingling sensation that goes down to my fingers and my arm gets numb at times. I have been like this for about 2 weeks. Do I see a Dr., Chiropractor or a massage therapist? Any advice would be great.
