What Could Raised Line On Right Pectoral Indicate?

Today I was rubbing aloe on my chest for a sunburn and there was a raised line about my right pectoral. I touched it and pressed on it and it hurt but after I pressed on it again, it "went back in to my skin" so to speak. What could this potentially be? It was about an inch long and was the same color as my skin.
