What Could Random Pain In Forearm And Deltoid Area Indicate?

I have been shoveling a lot of snow, and I also work out with weights, but have had a pain in my forearm today randomly and also in the deltoid area - I am 57 years old and in very good shape and health and or course worry the pain could be more than just from this kind of activity... the pain lasted a couple of hours but is gone now..
