What Could Random Patches On Neck And Shoulders Suggest?

I continue to wake everymorning with with more bites on my neck that are now moving around toward the front of my neck and shoulders. My head does itch also but no one else in my house has any issues except my daughter which is itchy scalp, but I can not find anything on her.
