What Could Rashes During Fever Suggest?

Hi! My son is 16 and has had a temp since Th night. Th it was 101.7 F it would go down if we kept Tylenol in him. He (in the last hour) has developed a rash and his arms feel like they are on fire. Do you have any suggestions? And now hives on his hands
