What Could Recurring Chronic Constipation With Black Specks In Stools Indicate?

Hi was hospitalized Sunday to Wednesday for constipation they sent me home with mirilax and senna which I have been taking each twice a day. I was having very liquidy bowel movements since so that s why they let me out but now today have not gone again and in very bad pain. Just wiped and had brow mucus like stool with small black specks. What should I do? And along with all this I have no appetite and can t really eat.
