What Could Recurring Headache Suggest?

I fell off a golf cart and hit my head on the pavement. I had a headache immediatley afterwards, but my pupils were dialating, so I just went to bed. The next day I felt better. However, it has been two days and I am still having headaches come and go...any suggestions
