What Could Recurring Pain In Chest With Numb Arms Indicate?

I m a 31 year old female with an aching pain in my chest that had lasted almost 2 weeks now. It s on off and on pain and lasts about 30 seconds each time it comes on which is about every 3 to 5 minutes. My left arm is a bit numb as well. I ve already had 4 ekgs done, Plus a 24 hour holter monitor and blood work about 3 different times. Plus a chest xray as well. They say all looks normal. My heart does not race while I have the pain/discomfort, but it will not go away no matter what I take or do.
