What Could Recurring Red, Itchy Rashes On Body Indicate?

hi i have had a red spotty itchy rash since thurs. It comes and goes and appears on random places on my body. The doctor said it was an allergy to something but i havent changed anything. For the last two days the rash has not appeared until evening. Also my period is 4 days late which is unusual
