What Could Recurring Spotty Bruises On Thighs Indicate?

Hi, I seem to keep on getting spotty bruises (it s like a rash) on my thighs. I first noticed them a couple of months ago, when i got into the hospital because of high temperature. The doctor thought it was viral meningitis (because of the symptoms and the rash) which turned out that it wasn t. But i keep getting them til now. They don t hurt or anything, but i m just kinda worried. Any ideas? thanks.
