What Could Red Blisters On Mon-pubis Suggest?

Ok, so i have this red blister-looking bump on my mons pubis. i'm thinking it's an ingrown hair, because i shaved a few weeks ago and i got really bad white bumps down there, but they've all gone away. i just noticed this bump, and it doesn't hurt, but im not sure what it is. ideas??
