What Could Red Blotches On Stomach While On HCG Diet Drops Indicate?

My daughter is using the HCG diet drops and when she was alomost at her 26th day, she developed a rash mostly on her stomach, back and a little bit on her legs. This has been for the past 3 weeks. It starts as a red blotch and then gets scaly and dry. She is 23 yrs old. Should she not use the drops for a second round and should see see a dermatologist? Thanks
