What Could Red Bumps On Lips And Mouth Suggest?

I have a series of small red bumps along the inside edges of my mouth and one larger purple bump on the outside of my bottom lip. The small red bumps are a little sore and just feel a little raw. The purple bump bump doesn't hurt, it's just a little raised. There's no puss or white head for any of them.
