What Could Red Bumps On Stomach And Face In Infants Suggest?

I have a 13 month old daughter and recently we have spotted red small pimple looking bumps on various places on her body. Places we have seen them are her stomach, arms, and face. They seem to last about a day or two and then go away and reappear somewhere else. They don't seem to bother her.
