What Could Red Spot Son Legs & Butt Suggest?

i am 20 yrs of age, a wiegh abt 115 pounds, i'm abt 7 ft tall,for the past 3 to 4 days some red fine buttons appeared on my right leg, higher up close to my but, d next day some more appeared on my left leg to d side a little lower doown frum by butt, does any1 hane an idea what this may be?
