What Could Red Spots On Leg, Knee And Chin Indicate?

Hi my 14 month old son has 2 light red spots on his left leg but different sizes and has no feeling to them and he does act like it hurts when I touch them. Also on his right leg. Both below his knee on his chin. Been there for weeks.. What could this be.? Also has no fever.
