What Could Reddish Bruises On Calves In Infants Suggest?

I have a now 3 month old daughter. Starting at her 1 month mark she started getting these unexplained weird under the skin linear reddish bruise looking marks only on her calves. I took her to the doctor and they cant seem to find out whats wrong and I am worried. Any sugggestions of what it could be?
