What Could Reddish Bumps With Breast Pain Suggest?

I'm a 40 year old female. For the last 1.5 weeks, I've been having pain & (what I would consider) burning in my upper left side - front under breast around ribs & side & upper back area. It has been very painful to the point I've been taking 2 motrin every 6 hours. I notice that my back itches in that area as well, but nothing was found by my husband. I have noticed 4 small reddish bumps under my breast that are painful. What could this all be. Oh, and I have noticed bloating & constipation - not sure it's related.
