I am 34 with PCOS. I have started Ovral 2 weeks ago and noticed my BBT has increased from day 1 and is still high. I had intercourse a day before taking Ovral. I have had bad cramps on my lower left side in the last week. What is happening to me. I also take folic acid,glucophage,vitamin D and staminagro supplements. I am also finding it hard to lose weight.
