What Could Sand Like Vaginal Discharge With Dull Itch Suggest?

I m experiencing a peculiar sand like discharge from my vagina along with a dull itch that occurs when examined. I have had an implanon for about a year or so and I haven t had a period for about 2 months. Little weird as my periods didnt change upon insertion but after 3 home pregnancy tests all coming back negative i dont believe i am. My partner and I have been together for about 6 months and both of us are clean of any STI s or STD S. I try very hard not to use soaps down there to prevent any infections but accidents happen right. Any idea what it may be? Anything to worry about?
