What Could Scabs Like Lumps On Breast Suggest

hi, i have a scab on one of the poors on my breast im thinking it could be an ingrown hair but im not sure. it isnt usually painful before today but now it feels like a tiny lump just on the surface of the skin. it looks a bit like a pimple. any ideas what it could be?
