What Could Severe Headache With Hairfall And Eye Twitching Suggest?

i have had a nonstop headache for about two and a half week it will ease up some . in the morning and at night is the worst. when i take somthing for pain it helps but not alot and when it wares of the pain gets very bad. i dont understand why the pain want go away iv evan tried one of my grannys loratabs nothing helps . evan tried tramadol 50mg.did not work. o i forgot my hair has started to fall out and i get nausiated and my eyes twich all day long. please help me.
