What Could Severe Headache With Nausea And Body Heaviness Indicate?

A few weeks ago I began having severe headaches out of nowhere followed by nausea. Though that has passed, for a few days now my body has been feeling heavy; I am lethargic; and at times very cold. I have never passed out but when feeling like this once it felt as if all the blood was leaving my body.
