What Could Severe Headaches With Vomiting And Irritation To Light Indicate?

about 3 weeks ago i began to have headaches .serious ones they made my head hurt, neck hurt, back hurt and i even experienced vomiting. When in light i felt the need to close my eyes. I went to an urgent care center and they dont know what the problem is..they referred me to a neurologists who i have yet to get an appointment wit.. This week my right eye is crossing and my vision is bad. PLEASE HELP, what could this be??? 22years old
