What Could Sharp Pain In Head Suggest?

I'm a 13 year old girl, and for the past week I've been getting sharp pains in my head, along with nausea and I'm not able to focus my eyes properly when I turn around. I searched up brain tumor symptoms because I got really scared, and those were some of the symptoms. I'm afraid to go to the doctor and find out the real truth.
