What Could Sharp Pain In Heart With Tingly Sensations Indicate?

Lately I ve been having a sharp pain around where my heart is when I breath or laugh sometimes when I m not even doing anything. Also I have been having weird tingly sensations throughout my legs and body. I am 23 years old and about 180 actual I am in the best shape I have ever been in. However I do smoke about half a pack a ciggerrates a day and drink to much. I haven t drank in 4 days however. I also take a pretty unhealthy pre-work out and thought the pain could be coming from that however I didn t take it today and I still had it. What could be causing this?
