What Could Sharp Pain On Lower Stomach Suggest?

Hi Doctor, Since i woke up this morning i feel like i have a stitch on my lower right side. The pain is to the lower right of my belly button. It hurts more when i cough, jump or do any sharp movements. When i sit still i get random sharp pains there as well. I have a very mild fever of 99.0. What could this be?
