What Could Sharp Pressure On Head Suggest?

I have been having pressure pain and sharp needle like pain on top of my head near the crown also tender to touch. my Dr. Has sent me to get a CT scan got the results and nothing in particular has showed up just that abnormal shape of my head now I am going to get a bone scan done....what could show up in this type of scan????
