What Could Shivering Of Legs With Headache And Burning Urination Suggest?

Hello, I feel I may have a fever but am not 100% sure. My legs face and shoulders are extremely hot whilst my arms are shivering. All day I've had headaches, dizziness and constant temperature changes. I also feel sick when I move and it burns when I utinate. Please advise
