What Could Sinus Infection With Black Discharge From Nose Suggest?

I was told I have a very bad sinus infection, and also had a bad tooth right near the sinus area that had to be pulled a few days ago, but the smell and taste of sulfur is horrible and I am discharging still black stuff from my nose, it has been 5 days already with the antiobotic and I still don t really fell well. I am not eating because of the taste and smell and my eye is starting to hurt. Should I go to the emergecy room today.
