A boy of 21 had an injury on his right big toe & he lost the nail.He was given Inj.T.T.,antibiotic Ciplox 500 mg,combiflam,B.Complex.It happened yesterday.Today morning when the dressing was opened it was bleeding.Even now there is slight bleeding.What can we do further?
