What Could Small, Painful Lump Around Preauricular Area Of Ear Indicate?

I have a small ball like lump, around the preauricular area of my right ear. It is somewhat painful and has caused me to have a headache for at least 3 days now. Other symptoms I have also noticed are a runny nose, but also dry mucus and blood in the inside of my nose, when I clean it out. I m also very fatigued and achy.
