What Could Small, Raised Cluster Like Tiny Blisters On Labia Majora Be?

Hi, about 4 days ago I was putting a tampon in and I think I accidently scratched my labia majora which I believe cause a rash/reaction, but Im not sure. I am not sexually active and never have been, it is a small, raised cluster of what seem like tiny blisters. It itches slighty but is only some what painful to the touch. I also noticed my lymphnode in my grion on the same side of the rash was exremely inflammed. What could this be?
