What Could Sore And Numb Ears With Runny Nose Suggest?

Yes, thank you. My right ear has been turning red and feels numb. I also can t hear out of it when it does this. It was sore quite awhile ago,and I had runny nose, but doesn t hurt now. sometimes it rings, my nose still gets a little runny at the same time.
