What Could Sore Opening Of Urethra, With Blood Stains Suggest?

I am on my third month of accutane and i noticed the urethan opening of my penis was really sore and sensitive, today it was really bothering me and i looked at it and there was a small (pin drop) of blood, almost like a scratch or just raw. Should I just moisturize there more often or see a doctor?
