What Could Sore Throat With Headache Suggest?

I am 11 yrs old. I have a very sore throat and can barely talk. I feel like I'm going to throw up. I keep getting headaches, then having them go away, and then having them come back. I do not have a fever. I feel fatigued. I have a VERY VERY BAD runny nose. I was wondering if you could tell me what I am sick with and what I can do to help me get better.
