What Could Sore Throat With Nausea And Loss Of Hearing Suggest?

hi there... I've have had a soar throat and nausea for about 4 days, and hearing loss in my left ear for about 2 days. although my nausea is mostly gone, my throath still hurts like hell and i'm having a hard time swallowing and sometimes speaking. i'm also worried about the hearing-thing because my hearing on the left side is mostly gone and im starting to feel it sneaking onto my right ear as well... sould i go to my doctor or just wait for it to pass? -from 16 year old boy, Norway
