What Could Spots On Penis Head With Powdery Substances On Foreskin Suggest?

Hi, I am a male, 40 & am circumcised. I do not have any sexual partner and hence no active sexual life. The foreskin of my penis was originally of a dark brown color but has turned into red color sing quite sometime. At times I have noticed formation of a powdery substance on the foreskin and the last time I noticed that it was smelly. The head of my penis also had a red enlarged spot which has now flattened but the place of the spot is now discolored.
Kindly advise. I am quite worried about what it could be.
