What Could Spotting While On Vyvanse And Nortrel Pills Suggest?

I just started taking 30mg of vyvanse, this is my second week. I am also on Nortrel for endometreosis and taking it continuously skipping the placebo so i am not supposed to have a menstrual cycle, but i have started spotting this last week. Would my medications be interacting with each other?
