What Could Spreading Pain On Palm And Wrist While Moving Indicate?

I fell a few weeks ago and noticed clicking in my wrist as I rotated and pain in bending. I ve been in a splint for several weeks, My finger range in better and some wrist movements don t hurt. When my palms open and press down and slightly lean forward to shift all my weight on it, the bottom of my palm has major pain that spreads all over. Does this mean I could have damage inside?
