What Could Spreading Rashes With Hot Sweats Suggest?

I started have a tiny rash on my side (thought it was from heat) that has now spread to arms hands stomach and breasts. I have also been breaking out in sweats/hots have had for about a month (see doctor Friday) I am turning 50 already have been going through memno pause for the past 5 years.
