What Could Spreading Red Blotches On Shoulders, Chest And Forearms Mean?

hi,

im a 33 year old male and over the last few months i have noticed red coloured blotches appearing around my shoulders, it has started to spread over my chest and have noticed a few smaller spots on my belly and inner forearms, it doesn't itch or cause any irritation and i'm not really one for the sun and cover myself when im in it, what do you think it could be please.
