What Could Stabbing Pain On Breast, In Breast Feeding Females Suggest?

hello, I have been getting a stabbing pain on and off on my right side just above the breast on the innerside. I have been breast feeding for the last nine months and am now slowly weaning, feedings cut back by about half. As well have been dealing with quite abit of stress lately. Should I be concerned?
