What Could Sudden Pain In Back With Spots In Vision And Dizziness Indicate?

I have pain in the back and right side of t comes on all of a sudden. I've had this problem for 2 weeks now. I went to the er and was told it was a muscle tenchion and was gave ibuprofen 600mg and muscle relaxers. Now its been 2 weeks and still have the same problem but its seems to be getting worse. The pain rates a consent 6 on a 1 - 10 scale but can spike to a 9 at times suddenly. Ive also have seen spots in my vision with some sight dizziness.
