What Could Swelling In Face With Kidney Damage In Elderly Suggest?

Hai Sir,My father is using Urine Bag since 2007. 20 days back his face was swelled. I not observed his legs as he is a fileria patient. But doctor(MD) told his legs also swelled and he could not walk suddenly so we admitted him in hospital as he could not breathe (asthama symptoms) also. Now he is cured . His Serum creatinine is 2.00 doctor told his kidneys are damaged. But we don t know to what extent were they damaged. Now I need your advice what I have to do now. Moreover he is also suffereing from bone tb since 2003. His age was 62.
