What Could Swollen And Saggy Labia Suggest?

Hi,i had sexual intercourse on sunday and began getting super swollen in my labia. i was not very lubricated towards the end of intercourse and i assumed the swelling was due to the friction, as this was not the first time this has happened or the first time ive had sex. i then noticed today that on the left side of my labia that was previously swollen, the skin is sagging and stretchy. is this permanent?
