What Could Swollen Clitoris With Clogged Blood Vessels Suggest?

I'm 15 year's old and I recently noticed my clitoris was swollen but it was'nt bothering me, It is a hard and I can move it it seem's to me like a clogged blood vessel but I wasnt able to find any thing on the internet about clogged blood vessel's on clitoris's. it kind of hurt's a little when i touch it. I'm very worried.
