What Could Tender Anus With Spots On Butt During Pregnancy Suggest?

I have some tenderness around my anus but I notices that whole area is purple solid and there's a purple line going straight up my butt towards my back stopping above my tailbone somewhere. What might be wrong? I am 4 months pregnant with my second also
