What Could That Be,some Little Kind Of A Vein Is

What could that be,some little kind of a vein is growing top of my clitoris and if I'm squeezing it it's extremely painful, and it's so inchy I have applied raw garlic to stop the inchiness what can I do I tried to cut it off with a nail cutter but so painful I cannot even touch roughly. What is that I have got it two times now it comes and goes.
